Solution
With a 20 year guarantee Subseal
is the only real answer to damp problems in buildings and
waterproofing of floors.
A chemical reaction within the pores of
the material solidifies all the component parts into one
solid, non-porous layer. |

What
is Subseal?
Subseal is a water-based silicone sealant made specifically for concrete
to solve the damaging problems caused by water, acid, oil, juice,
dirt, and reactive aggregates. Subseal stops problems resulting from dusting, algae formation, soft concrete,
or simple Efflorescence (ordinary concrete disintegration).
How Subseal works
Subseal penetrates the concrete when applied. When it comes into contact
with the alkali, it turns into a gel and moves in all directions
filling the pores and hairline cracks, chemically changing the
alkali forever. The gel emulsifies oil, acid, juice, and other
such foreign matter, purging it to the top to be washed away.
Subseal helps remove oil spills from porous concrete while sealing the
concrete from any further seepage. The gel formed bySubseal,
which now fills the pores, starts to turn hard like concrete itself.
This hardening action reaches its maximum hardness in 90 days.
Therefore, sinceSubsealpenetrates the concrete, the concrete is now sealed permanently
from the inside, not just temporarily on the surface as achieved
from other types of surface sealants.
